I need help to lose weight and keep it off. Any recipes, workouts, or tips would be super helpful.

To lose weight you have to exercise at least 5 times a week and have a diet of 1200-1400 calories. To keep it off, exercise about 3 times a week and have a diet of 1600-1800 cal. Or in other words eat super healthy and hit the gym!
