everythingggg! I wear a lot of dresses with mine. For cold weather, like you're experiencing, layers will look awesome. If its super cold, I usually wear tights under my leggings, and I always wear ski socks with my boots (they looks really cute peeking out of the top of the boot). You could even try knee-high socks layered over tights if you're wearing a dress. I would usually stick to jersey and knit fabrics when pairing a dress with combat boots (unless you wanna go for a 90s courtney love, kat bjelland look with fancier dresses). When wearing dresses or skirts with combat boots, I would stick with something above the knee unless you wanna do a full maxi look. If you just want tops with leggings, I would go with a longer (butt covering length) slouchy sweater or cardigan and layer some tops underneath it. Maybe wear a chunky knit circle scarf or some neat jewelry. Since combat boots are not so feminine, you could either edge it up with your accessories, or use the juxtaposition of feminine and edgy with girlier accessories
