Hair Coloring, HELP

My hair was recently cut Scene but Im really not sure which way I should color it, My old Highlights were thinned out so my sister cut them (Shes a Professional Hair Cutter)
My hair is now its Natural dark brown but I feel I should add something to it, any siggestions?
