to conceal them id try the maybelline dream lumi concealer in radiant... the peachy tone cancels out the dark circles... speaking from experience! haha i have terrible dark circles as well and that has helped a lot

cold tea bags :) yes. let it cold overnyt inside ur fridge then put it under ur eyes for a few mins. til the coldness is gone. it works!
