I've heard of people say that putting powder on your lip stick and adding another layer keeps it on all day, but what kind of powder is it? Face powder? Baby powder? Or what? Lol

Any translucent powder. I like baby powder best.

I've only seen people use their face powder, whether it be pressed or loose.

I also apply some concealer on my lips to make the color pop out more! and use a pencil to outline the lips and prohibit the lipstick from running! and I agree with @Allison, translucent powder should do the trick to help it stay

@Allison ... Thank u!!! @Raisa , that makes sense, I'll have to try the concealer as well.. I have the runny lip problem as well so we will see how it works out lol
