Whenever I get out of the shower shampoo and conditioner always stays in my hair on my scalp. I scratch my head and then get gunk on my nails and the roots of my hair are mildewy. People say it's because I take really hot showers or don't wash it out right. Any ideas why it's like this or how to get rid of it
