Colorful Ombre Eyebrow How Do I Do It!

I've seen this colorful ombre eyebrow trend coming up, with red fading to dark black or blues fading to deep navy i love it but idk how to do this look. should I use a corrector to cover the eyebrow first? would eyeshadow work?
