I can't match my skin with my foundation?

I'm using the maybaline air form foundation and it doesn't match my skin perfectly, I bought the lightest shade and its still too dark. How do I find the perfect foundation for my skin?

I would go to sephora they can help u with that I have the maybeline air foam in classic ivory and q write me back

I use classic ivory as well, but I've noticed its too dark.

Try different brands...alot of brands/lines even in the lightest shade isn't light enough for me

I know that Illamasqua makes a white skin base that can be mixed into other foundation to lighten it. They carry it at Sephora and online
