use your face wash that is for acne . and put it on a back scrubber and scrub away. I guess its just like taking care of your face acne

My friend had "bacne" so she actually got a prescription cream from a doctor or dermatologist.

I had terrible acne!! I had blisters and puss all over my face!!:( but then.. my aunt told mee to take neem( plant with medicinal properties) wash it , then boil it on the gas with water. build it for about 3mins till the water changes colour to green. cool it off and put in the fridge, use it in the morning . dab a piece of cotton into the water and rub it on you're face. wait till it dries then wash it off with you're facewash . remember till there is water donot throw the leaves off. I can bet any amount of money for it , it work's wonders . uou can see the results in a week or even less!:)

Hmm I'm going to check out that Mario Badescu wash! I've never found a wash that helps, but I've found that using organic extra virgin coconut oil on my back has helped tremendously. When I get breakouts on my back its usually because my pores are clogged from my hair conditioner...I find that waiting to wash my back AFTER conditioning helps, too.
