Wing Eyeliner Advice

After years of practice I still can't do a nice winged eye. The skin on the outer corner of my eye is quite loose and saggy which makes it really difficult!! Any advice or is it just not possible?

What kind of liner do you use? I found that the ones that look like markers really are easiest to work with.

I've tried gel, liquid, pencil and the pen kind. I am actually useless at it :(

Apply your liner with your eyes open looking straight at yourself and get the look you want with your eyes open normally even if you end up skipping some skin. Once you are happy with that, tilt your head back or close your eyes and simply connect the areas you skipped.

For the wing, the proper angle should be in line with the bottom rim of your eye.

I find thus is easiest with a gel because you have the most control and either a flat angled brush (for straight lines) or bent fine- pointed brush for easiest accessibility...
