hahah thanks everyone super easy actually !
have a tablespoon of vasaline
half a teaspoon of any face cream
and any colour pigment
i added a little cetaphil mostizure
but u can use any other face cream too
just add a little tho
first melt the vaseline over the stove top till its melted competely ,
add a little cream
make sure youve prepare what colour powder ur using
eg , unwanted eyeshadow , any colour u choose ,
after the vasalines completely melted add the powder
stir over low heat till no lumps or bumps lol
and pour into empty case or whatever u like
let aside to go soild
and your done (:

when u first apply to the cheeks
it will look a little shiny hhahaha
but within 5 minutes
it settles in and looks soft and beautiful and so natural looking
