Need Eyeliner Help!!!!

Just bought some liquid eyeliner, never really used it before but wanna give it a try! I need some tips and how to use it on my top lids with a little wing!!

Liquid eyeliner is very difficult for most people their first couple tries. It is very frustrating but once you get the hang of it you'll love it! I suggest you start with gel liner though, it's much easier to handle and it gets you used to useing an eyeliner brush.
