Fndtn help: SUPER PALE/FAIR, too light for MAC...

Any recs for reasonably easy to get (the Mac Pro store is impossible for me to get to because of parking/disability issues) foundations/concealers for someone who is lighter than any standard MAC line foundation (I think NW/NC 10?). Nars Siberia is too yellow and a touch too dark. :(

Concealer is my biggest issue.

I can get to Sephora (no Illamasqua line at that one tho), drugstores/department stores and Space.NK easily. ULTA is an hour plus drive so that's not ideal. I'd prefer somewhere I can get to in person for samples first. I am in the SF Bay Area if you know a specific place not listed that might have something (like Keromask).
