Highlight inner corners, add a darker shadow (or eyeliner) to the outer third of your lower lashes, and mascara (top and bottom). Winging out your eyeliner also helps because it elongates the eye. It can be bold or subtle:)

use a white or light shimmered eyeshadow on inside corner of eyes going towards your tearducts and/or a white eyeliner along lower eyeline

Wear a light shimmery eyeshadow on lid, a medium matte color in crease, apply a white, opal or silver shadow around the inner tear duct , do not line the whole top lash line, start lining where your lashes start and wing out the liner a bit to elongate your eye. Line the lower water line with either a white eyeliner or flesh toned liner . Also applying a crystal glitter liquid liner (like from nyx) to the lower lash line will make the eye look bigger. Lastly apply 2 coats of mascara. Using a brown mascara on the bottom lashes makes the look more natural (a lot of MUA's use this trick) also using brown eyeliner instead of brown will help but I don't think it makes that much of a difference! False lashes also make eyes look bigger , but that's up to you! I hope this helped!!
