Is the Naked Basics palette worth the hype?? I want to try out Matte Shades but always been used to shimmer. I don't want to wear shimmer shades to work, so is Matte shades better for work? Are they easy to work with?? HELP!!!! :-)

Try a cheaper matte palette first, Wet n Wild has a great very pigmented matte palette that has neutrals and bolder colors for five bucks, see if you like the way matte colors look and see how well you can work with them before shelling out 30 bucks.on the UD palette.
Oh and I found my WnW palette at Kmart.
Hope I was helpful.

I have the naked basics palette & they are best matte eyeshadows I've used! Im used to shimmer also but I really like the UD palette! The eyeshadows in this palette are really easy to work with & there's so many works you can do with this palette. overall I love it!
But like everyone said if you don't want to spend the money yes I'm sure there are drugstore dupes or at least something close enough! You could always look on YouTube 4 reviews/demos on the UD basics palette and maybe some people have found dupes already but if not check back on YouTube cause someone usually will tell you what brand and where to get the dupes!
Hope this helps!!
