I have tried soo many times to put eye-liner on my top my lid to make my eyes pop. But as always, I just end up making my eye black. Help? (:

That always happened to me, but one of my friends told me to put on my mascara let it dry and rest your eyeliner on your lashes/lid :) i do it everyday now and it really works!:') hope this helped!

Do short dashes at a time, aiming into your lashes. From there, smooth it out with the liner, shadow, or just gently smudge with an angled brush:)
