help! for some reson on my pom of my hand i have a little red ichy bump and on my footi have the excact same one and theres supper ichy! help

I think you are have an allergic reaction to something, put some soothing lotion on them for now but if it is still there go to the doctor.

Sounds like a bite of some kind. Take an antihistamine, get some cortisone cream. If the swelling and itchiness don't go down after a day or two and/or it gets worse, see a doctor because it's probably a spider bite and the last thing you want is a necrotic infection.
