Best Chest Acne Solutions?

I have been have Serious issues with chest acne lately, and I'm sort of freaking out. I have never experienced body acne before and I'm quickly figuring out that I am not a fan! What are some body washes or creams that could help me to start clearing it up?

I think Proactive makes a body wash/body acne treatment now. Maybe look into it, and try to figure out why you're breaking out! Irritating clothes, new products, etc?
