Emergancy Help ?!?!

I know this is totally off topic, but I really need someone's help, my bigger dog just got in a fight with my little jug, my jug started whelping and crying and ran into another room, her eye was all puffy and bloody, she's laying down now, but won't open her eye or anything, what should I do ? Seems she's in a large amount of pain :'(
