Ok, so I have seen girls with regular nail polish on right? but then on top its words from a newspaper.. please list all the steps so that I can try it..

Paint them dip in water then press the newspaper on them!

1. Paint your nails a pale colour and let it dry completely.
2. Find the news print that you want to use and cut it into rectangles a bit bigger than your nails.
3. I use vodka but I've seen people use perfume or some kind of methylated spirit. Pour a little into a shallow dish/ bowl.
4. Dip the newspaper into the vodka/ perfume/ spirit then press onto your nails and hold it in place for about 30 seconds.
5. Peel it off and be careful not to rub it because it will smudge.
6. Use a clear top coat to seal it all.

Dip the news paper strip on rubbing alcohol. Press on painted nail until it transfers and apply clear top coat

Paint them a white/light colour get some news paper and soak it in water for a while then place on your nail press with pressure peel of and there done (leave nail varnish to dry completely) add a top coat when finished

I've done it, the best thing to use is a tiny capful of vodka. It looks fantastic :)
