Ok, so I have seen girls with regular nail polish on right? but then on top its words from a newspaper.. please list all the steps so that I can try it..

1. coat the base colour with whatever colour (the lighter the better) 2. get newspaper and dip it into rubbing alcohol. 3. place on your nails once the nail polish has dried and press the newspaper on yur nail for 30secs each or longer. 4. remove the newspaper slowly and finish of with a top clear coat. (sorry this is a really rough explanation, you can youtube the tutorial)

Put What Every Light Color You Want.
Let It Dry.
Put Newspaper On Your Nail And Cover It With A Napkin With alcohol On It.
Let It Sit For A Few Seconds. Take It Off Then Put A Clear Coat.
