So... I have many blackheads on my nose. They have been there for about 3 months. Any advice on how to get rid if them?
P.S. I don't really wanna use the strip things.

Honestly, those strips and never ever ever worked for me. The one thing that I do and I probably shouldn't, is just squeeze my nose a little bit and the blackheads are gone.

Use that tool to get most of it out.
Then you need to exfoliate and wash your face properly everyday to prevent them from coming back.

Steam and extract! Steaming the face opens the pores and the dirt which the blackhead is made of is inside the pore. You can steam by running a flannel under hot water and placing over the nose for 10 minutes, or have a hot shower with the doors and windows closed. Then just squeeZe as you would a zit- this should get them to go away

I have the same problem :/ not too visible but I know they're there. I went to get a facial and the lady told me to moisturize -_-. I don't really see a big difference though :/

I was told by a dermatologist that its because the pores are clogged and to use face wash to get rid of the oil and exfoliate

It sounds like your pores are clogged. You should definitely use an exfoliator to get rid of them. I used the neutrogena blackhead eliminating daily scrub. After the first couple of washes I could see a difference instantly! It's cheap as well. I recommend you use that

Exfoliation and a clay based mask. You should also go to your local salon once a month to see your therapist for steam and extraction. You won't believe the gunk she gets out!!!
