I usually just use my regular face wash and it comes off fine.

Oh no way, in fact a lot of them are designed to be worn at night and applied two times a day. Check the instructions on the packaging. It should say when to apply it. Alot of them are formulated with castor oil. I put mine on as I'm prepping my face in the morning and after I wash my face before I go to bed. I use Macs lash serum

I see. So glad I have some answers now. I avoid using eye makeup remover when I can. My eyelashes tend to fall off every time I use it. So happy thay las serum doesn't need it. Once again, thanks you both! :)
