Music has been proven to make people happier so I definitely agree with that, I know it works with me for sure. Otherwise like Danielle said, do something that always makes you happy, talk to a friend that cheers you up. If it is sunny out where you live get outside, the sun is a natural upper.

Happy music for sure, music affects your mood a lot. Also, a tip for the long run is to write a few happy quotes or reminders to smile in fun writing somewhere where you look a lot, like I keep some at my desk and while they may not completely turn my mood around it's nice to have that reminder there to make me smile.

Name everything and or anyone you love. Even if your just walking down the street pick different things you love or you are thankful for. Do something nice for someone, try something new! Like a haircut or a new clothing style. Or just a complete new look. Good luck.(:<3
