Both laser and IPL work very well for distended capillaries. Currently as a laser tech, I work with an IPL device and find it works great for distended capillaries. I find LASER to works very well on deeper vascularities such as spider veins. keep in mind it will take sometimes 3-6 treatments to start and is only a temporary solution since there will mist likely be feeder veins and blood circulation to the area. maintenance is usually 1-3 treatments every 1-2 years.

I have very fair skin. Think Irish.
I also have a number of burst capillaries close to my skin's surface on my face. A couple around my lip line, one or two on my cheeks, the crease from my nose to the corner of my mouth, and a couple on the bridge of my nose.
For the most part they don't bother me, and I cover them with makeup when I go out anyway.
But in time I'd like to reduce them if I can.
Can you give me your thoughts, opinions and experiences of IPL of laser treatment for this kind of thing? I'd really appreciate your input.

Thanks girls! Xxx
