What exercices/sports do you do to stay in shape daily or weekly?

I do the gym four/five times a week. I do 10 mins cross trainer, then weights, then 10 mins running, then stength training, then 5 mins stairmaster, then kettlebell workouts, then 10 mins rowing, then a few more weights and a bit more strengh, then cooldown stretches.
On days that I don't go, I take my daughters out for a long walk and do either yoga/pilates in the evening.
Trying so hard to loose baby weight :)
