I bought this toner-crime from Schwarzkopf. I am really scared to make my hair bad!!!need HELP!

Well... Today I bought this creme. It is dark brown. Me myself... I have a light brown color, but I think that real coloring is bad, so I have decided to try out some of these things, because I heard you later just wash them out. So... What do you guys think?????!!!!!!😔🙏
