I'm on a diet, and i know whole wheat/white bread is good for dieting, but what should i eat the bread with for Breakfast? I can't eat butter, jam or nutella since they're too sugary or greasy.. What can i smear on my bread?

Peanut, or other nut butter, is great for protein and healthy fat. Make sure the only ingredients are roasted peanuts and salt. Miso paste is my personal favorite. Very salty, but has a lot of probiotic goodness for your tummy. Annnd another is thinly-sliced avocado. A much healthier alternative to butter.
