I don't necessarily have dark circles I just don't really have any collagen under my eyes. I had it basically my whole life it genetic i suppose. Any suggestions for collagen buildup?!

the thinnest skin on your body is around your eyes but there is no way to make the collagen grow more. scientifically if your mother was to keep the placenta you were in that would be the only way but I highly doubt it because its unpopular. with Botox and fillers they only last up to 6 months because it is something your body doesn't recognize so it destroys it .

Hmmm so you you don't know of any creams that work

none that I know of. anything that penetrates into the dermis (layer of skin where collagen and elastin is) has to be prescribed so maybe ask a chemist for advice or see a doctor/dermatologist

What exactly is a beauty therapist?

because I am from Australia the terms/qualifications are very different. a beauty therapist is someone who is qualified in waxing, massage, facials, manicures and pedicures, tinting, hot stone massage, microdermabrasion, advanced body treatments, business, and a degree in science. so we cover all aspects of beauty. I think in America it's called cosmetology? but you don't cover as much?? sorry I'm not to knowledgeable about the American version :)

Cosmetology covers "everything" but mostly focuses on hair... But that's awesome that your education is so broad

18months :) we get certificates in cidesco and itec. my school principal is also good friends with danne M. king who own DMK which is an amazing company for skincare, not sure if its popular in the USA but last year a group of girls go to fly over and have a your of his company and go to his house in California :) I'm so lucky that we get a broad education and it is defiantly worth the price!
