So you have tried everything and are now at your wits end? Acne is terrible whether your a teenager or an adult and although Oxy, Clearasil, Simple and Pro-Active may work for some they may not for you.

So what next? Acne can start for many reasons, but whatever the reason there is one thing you can be sure off and that is that IT MUST GO!

Start clearing from the inside first, Vitimin D and Zinc are great in fighting spots, they normally take two months to get going but do keep those spots at bay.

Treat the external problem with TCP, it stings like hell but has the best results if you don't want too wait longer than three days to see an improvement.
