How do I grow out my nails fast?!?

I really want long nails. I take vitamins every morning, and I put the Sally Hansen Green Tea Growth stuff. My nails just aren't growing fast. I need help!!

don't use nail polish remover more than once a week! also keep them cleen && that's all you can really do. some peoples nails don't even grow and some grow everyday. eveyones different. sorry
