What products can help achieve straight hair?

Well its not a product... Its more of a technique. Before you go to bed, put your hair in a ponytail RIGHT on the top of your head. Flip your head upside down, brush it down and put it in a ponytail like 1 inch from your hairline. When you take it out in the morning you juat brush it all out and its pretty straight :)

yikes, if i did that it would not work. i would be left with flat roots and a dent from having a ponytail. and it wouldn't straighten my hair...
i have pretty easy to straighten hair. my hair is naturally a little bit wavy. i let it dry as much as i have time for, if i have plenty of time i let it air dry almost all the way. then i blowdry upside down, brushing as i go, and point the air from the dryer at a downward angle. you can use a straightening product, there are tons to choose from. redkin has a good one, and drugstore wise there is Organix Ever Straight Brazilian Keratin Therapy Anti-Breakage Serum. i run my straightener over my hair after i dry it to basically "seal" in the straightness but i only take 2 seconds.if your hair isn't easy to straighten, obviously take more time with the straightener.

I love every Living Proof product I've tried. The problem is that most stuff contains silicones, and while they work well with my hair, you have to be kind of careful about how much you use because they do have a tendency to weigh it down. Living Proof uses their own patented molecule, and they do have a product called "Straight Spray" that I'm pretty fond of.
But, that being said, nothing beats a killer blow-dry technique.

I have really curly hair and I take Phyto relaxing balm and coat my hair from root to end and then I either blow it dry and run a flat iron over OR let it air dry and it dries much more relaxed and straight than it normally would without the product.
