Thats really subjective. Depends what your definition of best is :) for me, I usually for slightly floral, musky scents that arent too overpowering. And for that Fame by Lady Gaga is one of my favourites. Another of my favourites is Rose by Zara. Smells amaaaazinggg! Versace's got really nice scents too, and Salvatore Ferragammo!

Are you wanting options for yourself or wondering what we like? Lol . It really depends on what you think smells good mixed in with your natural body scent. I remember thinking a perfume smelling a certain way and then when someone applied it, it smelled quite different.

Some of my favs that smell good on me are : j'adore by Dior, princess by Vera Wang and the one by Dolce & Gabbana!
