Special effects or la riche directions. Sally Hansen Ion Color Brilliance REALLY good, i know they have teal(which was an amazing gorgeous ocean deep blue green) and also have sky blue.

I swore off manic panic for a long time but I was desperate and I hadn't received my dye in the mail so I broke down and bought manic panic in rockabilly blue and was actually really impressed...it stayed for 8 weeks before needing to be redone
