drink lots of water, no coffee or fizzy drinks . cut down on salt. you're eyes are directly affected by ur kidneys. try and eat a natural. unprocessed diet . food allergies can also cause puffy eyes.

Tip 1 : put a spoon in the fridge overnight. When you wake up, take the spoon out and press the rounded part on your eyes
Tip 2 : soak cotton balls into very cold milk, then leave them on your eyes for 10 mn. I always do this after crying or when my eyes are puffy or red. It is magical!
Hope this helps!

And of course sliced cucumbers on your eyes work as well!

1) Make sure it isn't your pillow or pillow case. You may have a mild allergy.
2) When you take off your makeup, make sure it's ALL off your eyes and lashes.
3) Cucumber slices or cooled green tea bags placed over your eyes work wonders. I do it ten minutes at a time.
4) another user above mentioned diet. You'd be surprised how what you eat can affect your face. Try to eat a clean diet with plenty of raw foods and avoid fatty foods, especially at night.
5) It sounds gross, but a dab of haemorrhoid ointment under your eyes can reduce swelling and puffiness like no other. It has powerful anti inflammatory qualities. Keep it refrigerated if you can.
6) Your eyes may be irritated due to dryness. If this is the case, try using some lubricating eye drops before bed.
Hopefully some or all of these help!
