I don't know what it is called in english.. A hoola-ring? ;) You know, the one that you have to move your body i circles to keep going... Sorry, but I don't know the word for it in english. But, yeah, you can get them with weight in. Mine is 1,2 kilos (in Denmark we use kilo, I don't know how much it is in other scales..). They give you a KILLER stomach. I mean, really! If you use it every day you will get a flat stomach and strong muscles in your stomach (abs?).
I hope that you understand my bad english. Just ask me if there's anything you want to know about it :)

It's 70% diet and 30% workout. Eat clean!!! No processed foods, you can still eat good carbs (ex whole wheat bread), make sure you get your fibre every day. The day before you go to the beach or wherever, do a rinse to rid your body of excess fat to look even thinner. Look up a good rinse to help get rid of retained water :)

I'm gonna write this all in caps lock so I can emphasis this.

YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE FAT.

You can tone your stomach and whatnot, but you're not gonna be able to magically make fat go away no matter how much cardio you do (yeah, do your cardio and eat healthily). Do your cardio regularly, make sure you get the right foods, and hope that the fat that comes off (if you have any to lose) will come off in the places you want it to come off, but there's no way you can tell your brain to tell your stomach to get rid of fat there.

I agree with Rikki! A flat stomach usually comes with an overall workout routine and healthy diet and lifestyle. Even then, it's usually one of the last places you'll see fat reduction.

You've got time to tone yourself out for summer, but the main thing is to stay motivated to stick to your routine and balanced food!

Lots of cardio and eat clean. I know you've probably heard it before, but it's the best way to get one. I've also been doing a series of workouts on YouTube by blogilates, I've lost 6 pounds so far! Good luck!

there is no way to have a perfect body unless you work hard.u must be strong minded to achieve this.u have to train a lot.also there is a phrase that i like so much.'you are what u eat'. u should eat meat especially chicken breast and lessen carb.if u eat and work properly then u can have ur dream body soon. good luck (:
