I'n birung my nails way too much. My polish never stays on, cause i bite it off. :/ My nails are too short for good nail art now. How to stop biring my nails??

This will sound crazyyyy but try diping them lightly in a purfume as it will taste bad and you will stop biting them... My friend dis this and she dosent bite anymore :)

Nail no bite. Best studs ever. One dose lasts about 4-7 days

Just go to the drug store and go to the section where they sell nail polish remover and they sell a no color nail paint that tastes horrible, lasts a few days, and even smells fairly bad.

Well I bite my nails as well I am trying to stop I have the same problem as you my friend used to bite her nails till she went to A drug store and she got this nail polish stuff called bite it and I tried a little bit and it taste horrible
