I used to always apply mine with my finger but I bought a stipple brush from elf and it looks much better! But Yea it is ok!

You shouldnt use your fingers. All your doing is spreading bacteria to the foundation to your face. You should use a sponge or foundation brush to your liking. Its never a good thing to touch any of your make up with your fingers.

Jessica - that's why you wash your hands/sanitize beforehand. =]
I've been using my fingers for years & have never had 'spreading bacteria' - Applying your foundation with your hands is fine. It's the only way I do it. =]

It's ok to use clean sanitized hands, makeup brushes can be bad for you if you do not clean/sanitize them just the same.

fingers is fine to apply foundation with but a brush gives you more coverage and a more flawless look, you will also find that when you apply with a brush you use less product :)

Yes its perfectly fine and yoh can give yourself a flawless finish with your fingers too its about the tool you feel the most comfortable and confident using whether is a sponge brush finger use what you feel the best using bUT if you do use your fingers wash your hands really good before and after

I remember when a MAC girl got on my ass because I told her I used my fingers to apply tinted moisturizer and she guilt tripped me into spending almost 40 dollars for a stippling brush that shed all the time and didn't do anything with my TM, hahahaha.
Yes, it's perfectly fine to your fingers. Just make sure you don't scratch your butt beforehand. ;)
