you have to use a green one (a cold colour) because green is the opposite of red

I was always scared of green concealer lol . I found that using yellow based foundations can tone down the redness (bourjois healthy mix or Clinique anti redness solutions are good ones)

I'm red around my nose and have recently been using Maybelline fit me foundation which covers mine pretty well. And it's pretty cheap and doesn't sink in your pores making you look, well, like your foundation sinks into your pores!!

I used the green smashbox primer before, & it helped to balance my skin.
