What kind of eyeshadows and colors being out dark blue eyes?

Browns and coppers will make the blue pop. On a color wheel the complimentary colors (directly across creating a diameter) are warm tones. Browns and coppers, maybe some orange or yellow if you're feeling daring. I hope this helped! :)
