before applying makeup, you want to exfoliate (lemon, honey, sugar) and scrub that on your face before applying any face makeup, because it softens the face and scrubs away dead skin that will prevent a cakey foundation. but use a medium cover foundation (revlons photo ready foundation) is the best drug store brand. and leave a heavy duty concealer to hide the pockmarks. and if it still peeks through, keep layering the concealer really thinly.
