Which UV light do you use?

So I recently bought OPI's gelcolor topcoat because all of my other topcoats were cheap and would start chipping away my designs the next day. The one problem that I have is that since it's oily, it needs a UV light to dry. I design my nails like normal with normal nailpolishes but the gelcolor doesn't dry with the light. Do you guys think it's the light or the polish? Which light do you guys use? or top coat?

You have to cure it longer with a uv light. I use a led light with my gel polish and it dries faster.

How long do you recommend? I tried like 5 minutes under the light and it was still wet..

Not sure what the problem could be then. When I use regular nail polish I make sure that its completely dry and I use a clear gel top coat and dry that under my LED light. It dries my gel polish top coat in a minute time.

Hmmm could it be my light? or have your tried OPI's topcoat?
What gel top coat do you use? and where can I get it?
