I've been getting dry skin from the cold weather as well as from drying out my pimples. When I put on my makeup I notice that throughout the day my face will start to peel with dry skin around my mouth and around my dried pimples. Any ideas how to fix this?!

Exfoliate, and a heavier moisturizer I use bees burts face cream, and I have the same issues.
