I am a black African. I have never had a flawless skin for as long as I know, its either a breakout of spots or pimples. I have tried numerous ptoducts, they work for a while n am back to me. of late I use mineral care products because they are mild with my sensitive skin. however the blemishes have still failed to disappear. help please.
