They are probably expression lines not wrinkles. I don't get expression lines because my skin is tight but heck some kids have them. My brother has had them since he was like 5.

try blue plasma...It's expensive but you could try it and sample it at Sephora, also olay has this warming face cleanser for older people with wrinkles but you can use it to plump your face and make the wrinkles less noticeable

Let me add to what others have said. Smile can also help reduce wrinkles, because it relaxes the tissues. So avoid frowning your face and smile more.
