Type butt workout on youtube and click on (normally) the first video. Its by passionforproffession or something like that.. Its a 8mn workout that i do every day!

lunges are good. lunge jumps are pretty intense too,, you do a lunge but as soon as your knee touches the ground jump up and switch legs and go back into a lunge, repeat! goodluck

Do bridging too! The less tiring exercice. Walk up the stairs on the tip of your toes, when you're sitting, squeeze each butt cheeks for 10 seconds then both for 10 seconds. Repeat three times, and do this throughout the day whenever you remember

lay on your back, feet flat on the ground with your knees bent. lift your pelvis into the air so that you're doing a bridge kind of thing (thats descending to where your head/shoulders are, if that makes sense lol) and squeeeeze your bum as much as you can!!! hold it for 20 seconds and keep doing it till you're tired
