I'm saying this cuz my friends dont get it. I have trichotillomania. I personally do not care.. But everyone else does. Anyone else have it , or am I alone like always

You're not alone, even if it feels like it. There are plenty of people out there who are going through the same thing you are. I know it's tough when people don't understand, especially your friends, but it's hard for some people to really get something when they're not the ones experiencing it themselves. Keep your head up!
