Can you tell if your scalp/hair has build-up? If so, how? Any good ideas to get rid of it? Preferably home made, natural remedies but if you know of an AMAZING clarifying shampoo or something ill hear it!

Just change your regular shampoo maybe thatll help. After using the same shampoo it builds up , if changing your shampoo doesn't work try nuetroginas clarrifying shampoo

If you're looking for a natural remedy for buildup I would try apple cider vinegar

As long as you don't have colored hair you can buy any cheap clarifying shampoo, that is exactly what they are made for.

I have a bumble&bumble seaweed shampoo that's like a gentle clarifying that you could use every day but I wouldn't recommend it. it's kinda pricey but it clarifys without drying out your hair

The shampoo that I think is AMAZING for getting rid of build up is the nuetrogena shampoo anti residue formula!
