I would suggest not to wear nail polish for a few months. And you should also go to sephora or ultra tofor a nail strengthening formula without formaldehyde or ammonia. :)

I would review your diet first. If you're not getting enough calcium maybe you should look into calcium supplements. secondly, a really good nail strengthener polish helps a lot!!

chop a few peices of garlic n rub them on your nails for 5 min (once in a week)

There are many ways to get your nails stronger but as a beauty therapist if someone comes in asking for a manicure with weak nails I always suggest a high calcium nail hardener, sally Hansen has the best range out there for minimal cost :)
