i have the same problem in the winter!! after you rinse ALL the conditioner out of your hair in the shower, tie it in a bun so that it isn't dripping all over your back. use some sort of exfoliator on your back (loofah, or i have this exfoliating cloth thing) and use some neutrogena acne body wash, or whatever product works best, you may have to try a few. Then rinse your back with COLD WATER. I know this part sucks but it'll close the pores. If you can get a friend to moisturize with an oil free moisturizer maybe with some salicylic acid. good luck!!

I used to have that problem... But I had issues with my hormone levels which impacted it quite a bit. When the levels were more reasonable it slowly just went away.. I tried lots of different things but they didnt work.

Agree with Teri. Also try to wear clothes that breathe and don't irritate. If the back acne goes away and come back every month it can be because of the hormones during menstruation.

I found on Pinterest that you can crush up an uncoated aspirin and mix one capful of apple cider vinegar with one capful of water. Put the mixture on your back and wipe off after about 20-30 minutes with a warm damp cloth.

I've had this problem before as well! see a doctor first about back acne. but I've found going on the pill to regulate hormones and enough sun and washing every day helps.
